Globe and TM subscribers who are also SM Advantage and SM Prestige members can now redeem call, text and surf rewards and bill rebates using SM Advantage points via SMS!
1. Who are the eligible Globe/TM subscribers
All active Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid and TM subscribers who are also SM Advantage and SM Prestige members can redeem call, text and surf rewards and bill rebates using their SM Advantage Card (SMAC) points via SMS.
2. Who are the eligible SM Advantage and SM Prestige members
All rewards availers should:
• Have sufficient points balance in their card
• Have a minimum of 50 SMAC points to redeem
• Have correct and valid SMAC numbers
• Have active SMAC numbers (replacement cards still in process will be considered inactive)
• Not have expired or cancelled SMAC numbers
• Not have blocked SMAC numbers
3. Program Duration
Globe and TM subscribers can redeem call, text and surf rewards and bill rebates using SMAC points starting from August 7, 2012 to November 3, 2012.
4. How to check the redeemable rewards
To check what rewards you can redeem using your SMAC points, simply text SMAC < space > ITEMS to 4438 for free. You need P1 maintaining balance to transact for free.
5. How to Redeem
Just text SMACREDEEM < space > ITEM CODE < space > < 16-digit SMAC number> < space > < SMAC member's birth date > to 4438 for redeeming rewards. You will be charged P1 per transaction.

6. Rewards Delivery
You will receive the call, text or surf reward you redeemed within a few minutes via SMS.
7. How to check your available SM Advantage Points
You may do any of the following:
• Go to the Customer Service/cashier counter of any SM-affiliated establishment.
• Register to the SM Advantage text hotline by texting SMAC < space > PTS to 2966. You will be charged P2.50 per transaction.
• Log on to www.smadvantage.com.ph
• Call the SMAC Hotline at 833-8888 or 1-800-10-833-8888 (for areas outside Metro Manila).

2. I am an SM Prestige member. Can I also redeem call, text and surf rewards using my points?
Yes, all Globe/TM subscribers who are also SM Prestige members can redeem call, text and surf rewards using their SMAC points.
3. How come I cannot redeem rewards using my SMAC number?
Please make sure that:
• You have sufficient SMAC points balance.
• You have a minimum of 50 SMAC points to redeem.
• You key in a correct and valid 16-digit SMAC number with the correct format (no spaces in between the numbers).
• Your SMAC is active* (replacement cards still in process will be considered inactive).
• Your SMAC is not expired or cancelled.*
• Your SMAC is not blocked.*
• You input your correct birth date (MMDDYYYY).

4. Will my Globe/TM rewards points be deducted when I redeem call, text and surf rewards using my SMAC points?
Only your SMAC points will be deducted of the corresponding SMAC points needed for the reward you redeemed. Your Globe/TM points won't be deducted.
5. Can I redeem my reward from any Globe Store?
You can only redeem via SMS.
6. I am a Globe Postpaid subscriber. Can I also redeem rewards using SMAC points?
Yes, you can redeem rewards using your SMAC points. Just text SMAC < space > ITEMS to 4438 for free to check the redeemable items.
7. I opted out of MyRewards MyGlobe/TM Astig Rewards before. Can I redeem rewards using my SMAC points?
You have to opt-in by texting YES to 4438 for free. P1 maintaining balance is required to transact.
8. I have a registered Globe/TM MPIN. Do I need to key it in when redeeming using my SMAC points?
No, you do not need to key in your Globe/TM MPIN. Just text SMACREDEEM < space > ITEM CODE < space > < 16-digit SMAC number> < space > < SMAC member's birthdate -MMDDYYYY > to 4438 to redeem call, text and surf rewards using SMAC points.
9. What if I want to avail of multiple rewards?
You can only redeem one reward per transaction, but you may have several transactions if you want to avail of multiple rewards.
10. Can I still cancel my redemption request?
Successful redemption requests cannot be cancelled anymore. Call, text and surf rewards will be received within a few minutes via SMS.
11. I have not received my reward, but my SMAC points have already been deducted. How can I follow up?
Please call the Globe/TM hotline if you do not receive any response from 4438 24 hours after a redemption request.
