1. Is this promo open to all TM subscribers?

Yes, however, the promo will only be offered to ALL newly activated TM subscribers coming from Mainstream channels and Direct-to-subscriber executions. All SIMs activated prior to the period will not be included in the promo.

2. How will the subscriber avail of the free 100 texts + 10 min calls to ALL networks?

Subscribers must purchase SIM from any mainstream outlet and activate SIM by dialing 801.

Upon activation, subscriber gets 25 free texts to ALL networks immediately.

To get additional 150 free texts to ALL networks (via ASTIGTXTALL), subscriber should text Bonus to 8888. Afterwhich, subscriber will receive a confirmation message:

"From TM: Maari mo nang gamitin ang iyong FREE 150 texts sa LAHAT ng networks (valid for 24 hours)! No Bonus? Reply Bonus OFF."

3. How many times can you get the free 100 texts + 10 min calls to ALL networks?

This is a one-time offer only. You can only be rewarded once upon activation.

4. How can the subscriber check the balance of the free text

Subscriber has to text ALLNETCOMBO BAL to 8888

5. What will happen if the sub is currently registered to other conflicting services?

Conflicting TM promo for ALLNETCOMBO are SULITXT5, ASTIGTXT10, ASTIGTXTALL, ASTIGTAWAG20 and UNLICOMBO. If the sub is currently registered to any TM call promo under the scenario above-mentioned, seeding of reward (ALLNETCOMBO) will fail. A system-generated message will be sent to sub for advise on failed rewarding (see message spiel below). Sub to re-try by texting again BONUS to 8888.

User will receive an expiration alert.

8. What happens when user texts OK to 2332?

User will activate the RBT but will be charged P5 for 5 days.

Activation message:
"Ringback Alert: Please wait while we process your ringback request within 24 hours. Thank you."

"Ringback Alert: <Song code / Title/Artist> is activated.
2 is better than 1! Activate another ringback tone n your callers will be treated to 2 diff tones playing randomly every time they call.

9. What happens when user does NOT reply OK to 2332?

RBT will automatically expire

10. How can a user unsubscribe?

User can unsubscribe through the usual opt-out process. Just text STOP <RBT CODE> to 2332. User can opt-out any time.

11. Can the TM ringback be downloaded by another subscriber?
